用助熔剂法生长了 Bi_(2.8)Pb_(0.4)Sr_(3.2)Ca_(1.3)Cu_3O_(?)超导晶体。晶体尺寸达10×4×3mm~3.晶体具有正交结构,晶胞参数为 a=5.38(?),b=5.37(?),c=30.9(?)。直流电阻和交流磁化率测量表明 T_(c(zero)),=89K。在少数解理的薄晶片中发现多相交生现象,XRD 图显示 c=37.8(?)的高温超导相存在,R—T 曲线在103K 出现陡降,在97K 出现台阶,89K 时达到零电阻状态。文中讨论了 Pb 对高温相形成的作用。
The bismuth (Bi) (2.8) Pb_ (0.4) Sr_ (3.2) Ca_ (1.3) Cu_3O_ (?) Superconductors were grown by flux method. The crystal size is 10 × 4 × 3mm ~ 3. The crystal has the orthorhombic structure. The unit cell parameters are a = 5.38 (?), B = 5.37 (?) And c = 30.9 (?). DC resistance and AC susceptibility measurements show that T_ (c (zero)), = 89K. The phenomenon of polyphase crossover was found in a few cleaved thin wafers. The XRD pattern showed the existence of a high temperature superconducting phase with c = 37.8 (?). The R-T curve showed a steep drop at 103K, a step at 97K and a zero resistance at 89K status. The effect of Pb on the formation of high temperature phase is discussed in this paper.
