8月13日,震撼人心的防空警报声在上海市长宁区上空拉响。这是上海市连续三年在“湘沪抗战”纪念日拉响非紧急情况下的防空警报。 为增强公民的国防观念和民防意识,检验防空警报设施的效果和面对紧急情况的应急处量能力,长宁区人民政府和上海市民防办公室共同组织了这次以防空袭为背景,军、警、民联合参加的较大规模的防空警报试鸣暨民防综合演练。这次演练进行了鸣放预先警报,组织临战疏散,实施伪装防护;鸣放空袭警报,组织紧急疏散,实施对空防御;鸣放解除警报,组织抢修抢险,消除空袭后果。此次防空警报试鸣的范围覆盖了长宁区除虹桥国际机场以外的
