UV 固化处理用于光盘的保护层、DVD 粘合工艺的UV 粘合剂、印刷工艺中的 UV 油墨的固化处理。分析频率域内的 UV 光谱。最靠近可见光的最长波长是 UVV,波长范围是445~340nm,能穿透铝层和 UV油墨中的不透明成分。向高频段移动,波长范围350~320nm 的 UVA 和波长范围320~280nm 的 UVB 能使 UV处理的速度提升、程度加大。在 UV 光谱的顶端 UVC 具有较短的波长(280~200nm),通常只影响材料的表面。

The longest wavelength closest to visible light is UVV and the wavelength range is 445 to 340 nm, which penetrates opaque components in aluminum layers and UV inks. Moving to the high frequency band, UVA in the wavelength range of 350-320 nm and UVB in the wavelength range of 320-280 nm increase the speed of UV treatment to a greater extent. At the top of the UV spectrum, UVC has a shorter wavelength (280-200 nm) and usually only affects the surface of the material.
