时代在进步,社会在不断的发展,教育的形势同样的也在发生着不断的变化,而新课改正是体现了这一个时代的要求,顺应了时代的潮流,这样就对广大的教育工作者也提出了新的严格要求,要求教师必须在自己的思想观念上也要发生根本性的一些转变。所以为了能够更好地帮助教师适应新课程的改革,我们必须改变教学观念,必须深入领会新课标的精神,必须努力参加教学实践。课堂是老师专业发展的基地,一旦离开了教学、管理等课堂实践活动,那么对于一个教师的专业发展水平来说就也成为了一种无源之水。所以教师一定要在自己的课堂实践中实现一定的专业发展,就必须了解你的课堂、了解你的教学、了解你的孩子、了解你自己。
