Objective: To investigate the incidence of simple obesity in children aged 3 ~ 6 years in Shibei District, Qingdao City, and to provide a theoretical basis for reducing the incidence of the disease and establishing effective intervention measures. Methods: According to the east, middle and west three directions of Shibei District of Qingdao City, the three regions were divided into three regions. Three kindergartens were selected from the nurseries in the three regions respectively. Three kindergartens 2289 children aged 3 to 6 years were randomly selected as the research object, the children’s height and weight were taken as parameters to detect the number of children with mild, moderate and severe simple obesity, and the results of the survey Retrospective analysis. Results: Of the 2289 children, most of the children with mild and moderate simple obesity had significantly more boys than those with simple obesity and 5 to 6 years with simple obesity Children were significantly more than 3 to 4 age group of simple obesity in children. Conclusion: Obesity classification in children aged 3 ~ 6 years old with simple obesity in our district shows that the majority of children with mild and moderate simple obesity. Therefore, this part of children will be the focus of our future health care work. Because the child’s weight from normal development to obesity takes some time, during which inevitable period of mild and moderate obesity. Therefore, to strengthen the control of mild and moderate simple obesity in children and nursing intervention is to reduce the incidence of simple obesity in children the key.
