多轴车辆转向时后轮不随动转向容易造成后轮偏磨,针对某款8×2多轴车辆,开发出一种电控液压转向技术,前后车轮的转角关系通过阿克曼转角关系得到。为提高转向系统的稳定性,控制器采用PID闭环控制。经过台架试验及实车试验,多轴车辆转向效果良好,后轮无磨损。证明这种电控液压转向技术用在多轴车辆上是完全可行的,解决了8×2多轴车辆的第三轴轮胎在转向时的偏磨问题。
When a multi-axle vehicle is steered, the rear wheels do not follow the steering wheel to easily cause the rear wheel to be worn. For a certain 8 × 2 multi-axle vehicle, an electronically controlled hydraulic steering technology has been developed. The corner relationship between the front and rear wheels is obtained through the Ackerman corner relationship. To improve the stability of the steering system, the controller uses PID closed-loop control. After the bench test and real car test, multi-axis vehicle steering effect is good, the rear wheel without wear. It is proved that the electronically controlled hydraulic steering technology is feasible for multi-axle vehicles and solves the problem of partial wear of the third-shaft tires of 8 × 2 multi-axle vehicles during steering.
