实验研究了不同种类、不同浓度的植物生长调节物质组合和其他四种理化因子对长春花悬浮培养细胞生长的影响。以前的实验结果表明:单因子以2,4-D效果最好。其中以2,4-D的最佳浓度为0.5mg/L。而本次实验的结果表明:组合因子比单因子更有利于细胞的生长,以0.5mg/L NAA+0.5mg/L 2,4-D+2.0mg/L 6-BA为最佳。在其它的四种理化因子中,1/2MS、MS和B5培养基有利于细胞的生长。蔗糖的最佳浓度为30g/L;葡萄糖在研究范围内随着浓度的增加,生长速度也在增加。最适于长春花的PH值为5.0-5.4。
The effects of different kinds and concentrations of plant growth regulators and four other physicochemical factors on the cell growth of Catharanthus roseus were studied experimentally. Previous experimental results show that: single factor to 2,4-D best. Among them, the optimum concentration of 2,4-D was 0.5mg / L. However, the results of this experiment show that the combination factor is more conducive to the cell growth than the single factor, with 0.5mg / L NAA + 0.5mg / L 2,4-D + 2.0mg / L 6-BA as the best . Of the other four physicochemical factors, 1/2 MS, MS and B5 media favored cell growth. The optimal concentration of sucrose was 30 g / L; the growth rate of glucose was also increased with the increase of the concentration of glucose in the study area. The most suitable PH value of vinca for 5.0-5.4.
