随着我国逐步开放服务市场,中国邮政业的市场结构正在发生剧烈变化,市场竞争也日趋激烈。除了传统的邮政业务外,中国邮政又在大力发展金融、速递物流、电子商务、信息代理等许多竞争性业务,并且这些竞争性业务正成在为中国邮政的主要业务和主要利润来源。为了提高业务竞争力,中国邮政需要整合其业务资源、知识资源和人力资源,形成特殊能力,尤其要提高人力资源的有效利用,实现其价值最大化。
With the gradual opening up of the service market in our country, the market structure of China’s postal industry is undergoing dramatic changes and the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. In addition to the traditional postal service, China Post is also vigorously developing many competitive businesses such as finance, express delivery, e-commerce and information agency, and these competitive businesses are becoming the major business and major source of profit for China Post. In order to improve business competitiveness, China Post needs to integrate its business resources, knowledge resources and human resources to form special capabilities. In particular, it needs to increase the effective utilization of human resources and maximize its value.
