在本文中,作者有针对性的介绍了日本京都大学教学和科研活动的一些具体做法:1.将学生培养成为具有独立工作能力的、适应性较强的理工科“通才”;2.开展自由讨论式学术研究活动;3.领导体制精干,少设付职,不搞“小社会”而分散精力,只抓教学和科研;4.最大限度地利用现有设备条件和情报资料。最后列出了有关各年级课程、选修课程和研究课题的较详细的附录。
In this paper, the author introduces some specific practices of teaching and research activities in Kyoto University in Japan: 1. Cultivating students into adaptable science and technology “generalists” with independent working ability; 2. Discussion-type academic research activities; 3. leadership system capable, less dedicated, do not engage in “small society” and decentralized, only teaching and research; 4. to maximize the use of existing equipment and intelligence information. Finally, more detailed appendices on grades, electives and research topics are listed.
