目的研究酸性氧化电位水(EOW)对两种严重致病性畜禽病毒的灭活效果,为畜禽养殖场消毒应用提供依据。方法采用鸡胚和细胞培养法,对酸性氧化电位水灭活悬液内甲型H5N1高致病性禽流感病毒和猪蓝耳病毒(PRRSV)的效果进行实验室观察。结果用含有效氯10~50 mg/L的具有不同pH值的两种EOW作用1 min,均可有效灭活悬液内甲型H5N1高致病性禽流感病毒,灭活对数值(EID50)>4.00。在相同的作用条件下,亦可有效灭活悬液内PRRSV,灭活率达100%。结论含有效氯10 mg/L以上的酸性氧化电位水,可快速灭活悬液内甲型H5N1禽流感病毒和猪蓝耳病毒。
Objective To study the inactivation effect of acidic oxidizing potential water (EOW) on two serious pathogenic livestock viruses and provide the basis for the disinfection of livestock and poultry farms. Methods Chick embryo and cell culture method were used to observe the effect of H5N1 HPAI and PRRSV in the suspension of acidic oxidative potential water. Results The two kinds of EOW with different pH values of 10 ~ 50 mg / L of effective chlorine for 1 min could effectively inactivate the H5N1 HPAI virus in the suspension, and the inactivation logarithmic value (EID50) > 4.00. Under the same conditions, PRRSV could also be effectively inactivated by inactivation rate of 100%. Conclusion Acid oxidizing potential water containing more than 10 mg / L of available chlorine can quickly inactivate the H5N1 and PRRS viruses in the suspension.
