本文首先阐述了二通插装阀的工作原理和突出优点,接着讨论了用二通插装阀组成的节流调速回路及压力控制回路,最后在综合考虑试验系统其它需要的基础上,设计了一套可用于研究调速回路的速度一负载特性的纯水液压试验系统。
This paper first describes the working principle and outstanding advantages of the two-way cartridge valve. Then it discusses the throttling speed control loop and the pressure control loop which are composed of the two-way cartridge valve. Finally, on the basis of considering the other needs of the test system, A set of pure water hydraulic test systems that can be used to study the speed-load characteristics of a speed control loop.
