随着电子产品应用领域的快速拓展,市场的迅速膨胀,使得表面安装技术(SMT)及表面贴装元件得到了大面积的推广和应用。与传统的插装工艺及有引脚元件相比,采用SMT技术和表面贴装元件大大提高了成品率和可靠性及抗干扰能力等,并在成本、体积等方面有很大的竞争优势。在片式元件的生产过程中,生产自动化程度很高,但由于主要的生产设备和测量仪表一直依赖进口,严重地制约了我国片式元件产业的持续发展。
