在带垂直板式热交换表面的通风冷却塔中,垂直板用水喷淋,同时被空气吹过。流下的水在板的表面上形成一层薄膜,与吹过板间的空气相接触。在与空气接触过程中,水被冷却,并部分的蒸发掉;空气则被加热和加湿。热力计算的目的在于根据水量、空气量、水和空气的进口参数以及冷却塔的结构尺寸求取冷却塔出口的水温。现以两个水平截面切取冷却塔工作容积的微元层,并对空气流列出下列热平衡式:
In a vented cooling tower with a vertical plate heat exchange surface, the vertical plate is sprayed with water while being blown by air. The flowing water forms a thin film on the surface of the plate in contact with the air blown across the plate. During contact with the air, the water is cooled and partially evaporated off; the air is heated and humidified. The purpose of thermal calculation is to find the water temperature at the cooling tower outlet based on the amount of water and air, the inlet parameters of water and air, and the structural dimensions of the cooling tower. The horizontal section of the cooling tower is now cut off the working volume of the micro-element layer, and air flow listed the following heat balance:
