党的十六大提出了走新型工业化道路,在本世纪前二十年实现建设全面小康社会的战略目标。走新型工业化道路,不可避免地成为河南省工业化发展的必然选择。走新型工业化道路,模式选择非常重要,它是河南省工业化发展的大政方针。不同的工业化发展模式将导致不同的工业化结果,因此正确分析和选择河南省的工业化发展模式成为了本省工业化发展的首要问题。
