沙姜细菌性软腐病是一种具有毁灭性的病害,发病率10—80%不等,严重阻碍沙姜生产的发展.根据广西各地采样分离的细菌,在形态、染色反应、培养性状、生理生化等方面与番茄青枯病菌比较相似,初步证明.沙姜细菌性软腐病菌是青枯病假单孢杆菌(Pseudomonas solanacearum(Smith)smith)沙姜细菌软腐病菌为害沙姜的肉质根、块茎和叶片.肉质根受害初为黄褐色,后变灰黑色软腐;块茎受害,表面无异常变化,剖开姜块,可见内部维管束变褐色,发病严重时,姜肉变暗褐色软烂甚至分解成糊状,只剩下沙姜皮.受害组织无特殊臭味;叶片受害呈水渍状湿腐.当天气晴朗时,病株叶片卷缩、蔫萎.沙姜细菌性软腐病一般在4—10月份发生,6~8月为盛发期.本文主要报告病原细菌的鉴定结果.
