本文针对公司基础队伍职工存在的思想问题,提出了形成促进公司职工队伍稳定的有效运行机制,稳定保障体系促进了职工队伍的团结和谐发展,消除矛盾,促进了公司经营的顺利进行。
This article aims at the ideological problems existing in the employees of the company’s basic ranks and proposes that an effective operating mechanism should be formed to promote the stability of the company’s workforce. The stability guarantee system has promoted the harmonious development of the workforce, eliminated conflicts and promoted the smooth operation of the company.
