我班学生49人(男生26人),绝大多数是8—12岁的.他们大部分出身地主、资本家剥削阶级家庭,受资产阶级的影响较深,—般劳动习惯很差,喜欢穿好的吃好的。如李××不穿坏衣服,曾××不戴草帽、要打伞,和妈妈发脾气。这些问题,当时虽已发现,也有意识地进行学生守则和家务劳动的教育,但由于我资产阶级的教育思想比较浓厚,对儿童的教育是重才轻德的。通过教育方针的学习,使我明确了:教育要为无产阶级的政治服务,教育要与生产劳动相结合,才能培养出有社会主义觉悟的有文化的劳动者.但究竟通过些什么途径来贯彻教育方针呢?我觉得首先应端正自己的立场观点,坚决贯彻党的阶级路线,加强孩子们的阶级教育。过去我喜欢所谓聪明伶俐的孩子,认为他们能说会道,便把他们培养成班上的骨干。对工农子女就嫌他们笨,不重视他们,成绩差也放任自流.1958年下期,我对班上学生的
