人类科学的原始创新需要有“一技之长”的人才,社会的基础建设更需要有“一技之长”的人才,“一技之长”是学生在全面发展上进行个性发展的表现。中职医学院校作为培养高素质专业型人才的主阵地,更应当加强对学生“一技之长”的培养。使学生具备高水平的专业技术,更好地进行医疗专业的工作。因此,中职医学教师在实践教学中,要正确地处理好学生全面发展与学生“一技之长”的辩证关系。
