为更好地借鉴国外民航管理经验,总局有关司局会同国务院相关部门组成考察组,于今年3月对欧洲部分国家和民航组织的组织体系、机构编制、收费和财务管理等问题进行了实地考察。笔者参与其中,对欧洲部分国家民航系统和 民航组织财务管理情况有了进一步的了解和认识,在此介绍有关内容及给我们的启示。
In order to better learn from the experience of foreign civil aviation administrations, relevant departments of the State Administration Bureau and the relevant departments of the State Council formed an inspection team and conducted field visits to some European countries and ICAO’s organizational system, establishment, charging and financial management in March this year . The author participated in the further understanding and understanding of the financial management of the civil aviation system and the ICAO of some European countries, introducing the relevant content and the enlightenment to us.
