采用乙二胺四乙酸二酐(EDTAD)和醛基封端聚乙二醇(PEG-dial)对明胶蛋白进行酰化及还原胺化改性,然后与戊二醛(GTA)交联制备了复合改性明胶蛋白凝胶。研究了EDTAD、PEG-dial、交联剂等的用量对凝胶性能的影响,结果表明,随EDTAD用量的增多及GTA用量的减少凝胶的平衡溶胀率增大,PEG-dial的引入提高了破裂强度,所得凝胶的溶胀率为160g/g,破裂强度为16g。采用IR和SEM对其进行结构表征,结果表明,改性后明胶蛋白上引入了羧基和长碳链,复合改性后凝胶的微观结构更有序。
Gelatin was modified by amination and reductive amination using ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid dianhydride (EDTAD) and aldehyde-terminated polyethylene glycol (PEG-dial), and then crosslinked with glutaraldehyde (GTA) Compound modified gelatin protein gel. The microstructure of the modified gel was more orderly.
