2000年11月至2001年9月,我们对20例2型糖尿病(NIDDM)伴高脂血症患者行双重血浆置换(DFPP),效果满意。现报告如下。 临床资料:20例NIDDM患者中,男15例,女5例;年龄38～60岁,均伴高脂血症。其中8例血浆中总胆固醇(CH)、甘油三酯(TG)、血糖(GLU)三项指标>正常;12例TG、GLU两项指标>正常。20例患者均口服过降脂药物,因效果差或(和)肝功异常而停药(药效差或经常漏服)。
From November 2000 to September 2001, we performed double plasmapheresis (DFPP) in 20 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) and hyperlipidemia with satisfactory results. The report is as follows. Clinical data: 20 cases of NIDDM patients, 15 males and 5 females; aged 38 to 60 years old, with hyperlipidemia. Eight of the eight patients had normal> three indicators of total cholesterol (CH), triglyceride (TG) and blood glucose (GLU), and two of them had normal TG and GLU. Twenty patients had oral lipid-lowering drugs, because of poor or (and) abnormal liver function withdrawal (poor efficacy or often missed).
