目的了解临床医务人员对手卫生知识的认知情况与手卫生的依从性及其影响因素。方法采用自设问卷包括手卫生知识的调查问卷和手卫生的依从性观测表,现场调查医院150名医务人员手卫生知识认知及依从性的情况。结果资料显示,医务人员对手卫生相关知识的认知正确率为80%~100%。所有医务人员均能正确回答六步洗手法及当手部有血液或其他体液等肉眼可见污染时的相关知识。依从性方面的观察结果表明手卫生的执行率最低的项目为接触患者黏膜、破损皮肤或伤口前(41.18%),手卫生的执行正确率最低的同样为该项目(35.29%)。结论医务人员手卫生知识及手卫生依从性需加强,尤其要加强并提高手卫生依从性及其正确性,有效降低医院感染的发生。
Objective To understand the cognition of hand hygiene knowledge and the compliance of hand hygiene and its influencing factors among clinical medical staff. Methods A questionnaire including hand hygiene knowledge and hand hygiene compliance questionnaire were set up. The cognition and compliance of hand hygiene knowledge of 150 medical staff in the hospital were investigated on the spot. The results show that medical staff cognition of health-related knowledge of the correct rate of 80% to 100%. All medical staff can correctly answer the six-step wash method and related knowledge when the hand has visible blood or other body fluid contamination. Observations on adherence showed that the lowest rate of hand hygiene implementation was in the same project (35.29%) as the lowest correct rate of hand hygiene in contact with the patient’s mucosa, skin or wound (41.18%), and hand hygiene. Conclusions The hand hygiene knowledge and hand hygiene compliance of medical staff should be strengthened. In particular, hand hygiene compliance and its correctness should be strengthened and improved to effectively reduce the occurrence of nosocomial infections.
