新疆广播电视厅电视剧译制部,是在改革的新形势下建立起来的。1984年下半年,他们从社会上招来一些干部和职工,利用一间十分简陋的配音室和两部陈旧的录象机,边组建、边试验,摸索译制了九部(集)电视剧。这些维吾尔语电视剧播出以后,当即受到自治区党政领导的重视和全疆少数民族观众的欢迎。1985年,他们以开拓者的姿态,经过艰苦的努力,共译制电视剧五十三部(集),将近1984年的六倍,译制质量和技术合成水平都有较大的提高。维语电视剧《武松》、《高山下的花环》、《故土》、《我的爸爸》和电影《这里的黎
