针对齿轮传动系统中各齿轮啮合点和轴承对润滑需求量不同,用网络建模法对某型发动机齿轮传动机匣润滑系统进行了多方案的仿真对比分析。计算出整个流路中各点压力和各喷点的流量,对喷嘴结构进行了改进设计,得到各润滑点的实际供油需求量,以进一步指导齿轮传动机匣供油系统润滑方案的最佳设计。同时,对仿真分析结果进行了试验验证,计算结果可以作为设计输入,进一步指导和约束流量试验。
Aimed at the different lubrication requirements of gear meshing point and bearing in gear transmission system, the network modeling method was used to simulate and contrast the lubrication system of a gearbox of a certain engine. The pressure of each point in the whole flow path and the flow rate of each sprinkling point are calculated, the nozzle structure is improved and designed, and the actual fuel supply demand of each lubrication point is obtained, so as to further guide the lubrication scheme of the gearbox oil supply system design. At the same time, the simulation results are verified by experiments. The results can be used as design inputs to further guide and constrain the flow test.
