目的:评价神经导航系统应用于颅内肿瘤手术的适用性、精确性和安全性。方法:我科从2003年2月-2004年2月间,应用神经导航系统完成66例颅内肿瘤手术,并对其应用范围、精确性和安全性进行分析。结果:66例导航手术中,运动区胶质瘤8例,丘脑基底节区胶质瘤4例,脑干肿瘤3例,侧脑室内肿瘤2例,第四脑室内肿瘤7例,颞叶胶质瘤8例,前颅底脑膜瘤3例,双侧矢状窦大脑镰旁脑膜瘤2例,鞍上及第三脑室肿瘤2例,脑深部海绵状血管瘤5倒,垂体瘤22例。全部患者术后恢复良好,随访至今无严重术后并发症。结论:神经导航系统应用于颅内肿瘤手术中,可以在术前病变定位,头皮切口和手术入路设计,术中快速发现病灶,确定切除范围等多方面发挥重要作用,明显提高手术微侵袭性,提高手术质量。
Objective: To evaluate the applicability, accuracy and safety of neural navigation system in intracranial tumor surgery. Methods: From February 2003 to February 2004, our department completed 66 cases of intracranial tumors by using the neuro-navigation system and analyzed its application scope, accuracy and safety. Results: In the 66 cases of navigation operation, there were 8 cases of glioma in motor region, 4 cases of glial tumor in basal ganglia, 3 cases of brain stem tumor, 2 cases of lateral ventricle tumor, 7 cases of fourth ventricle tumor, 8 cases of tumor, 3 cases of anterior skull base meningioma, 2 cases of falx paraneoplastic meningioma of bilateral sagittal sinus, 2 cases of suprasellar and third ventricle tumors, 5 cases of deep cavernous hemangiomas and 22 cases of pituitary tumors. All patients recovered well, no serious postoperative follow-up complications. Conclusion: The neuronavigation system used in intracranial tumor surgery can play an important role in the preoperative lesion localization, scalp incision and surgical approach design, rapid detection of lesions in the operation and determination of the excision scope, and obviously improve the minimally invasive surgery , Improve the quality of surgery.
