为深入贯彻落实2010年全市组织部长会议精神,进一步推动全市组织工作的科学发展,由市委组织部主办的“北京市组织工作科学化研讨会”于近日召开。市委组织部副部长刘宇辉主持会议。在研讨会上,来自中共中央党校的卢先福、宋福范教授围绕组织工作科学化作了主题发言;东城区、西城区、朝阳区、顺义区、市委农工委、北京航空航天大学6家单位的组织部长分别从干部工作、人才工作、基层党建等方面作了专题发言。市委组织部常务副部长史绍洁就如何进一步推进组织工作科学化,谈了自己的认识与思考。同时,北京市各区县、各单位组织部门都进行了认真研究和积极探索,形成了初步研究成果,并向大会提交了书面论文。为更全面、深刻地反映这次研讨会的成果,初步总结北京市各级组织部门对推进组织工作科学化的新认识、新思路,我们对大会发言及部分研究论文作了整理摘编。
In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 2010 Conference of Organization Ministers of the whole city and further promote the scientific development of the city’s organizational work, the “Beijing Organization Scientific Seminar on Organization” hosted by the Municipal Organization Department recently held. Municipal Organization Department Vice Minister Liu Yuhui presided over the meeting. At the symposium, professors Lu Xianfu and Song Fufan from the Party School of the CPC Central Committee made keynote speeches on the scientific organization of the work. Organizations of six units including Dongcheng District, Xicheng District, Chaoyang District, Shunyi District, Municipal Committee of Agriculture, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics The ministers made special speeches in the areas of cadre work, personnel work and grass-roots party building. Shi Shaojie, executive vice minister of Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee, talked about his own understanding and thinking on how to further promote the scientific organization. In the meantime, all districts and counties in Beijing and the organizational units of various units conducted a careful study and active exploration, formed preliminary research results, and submitted written papers to the General Assembly. To comprehensively and profoundly reflect the achievements of this symposium, we initially summed up new understandings and new ideas for promoting the scientificalization of the organizational work of the organizational departments at all levels in Beijing. We compiled and edited the speeches delivered by the conference and some of the research papers.
