目的总结骨性牙颌面畸形患者正颌术前术后的临床护理经验.方法对148例牙颌面畸形患者,术前了解患者的心理状态并给予必要的心理辅导;术后根据不同的手术方式采用不同的护理措施,并对患者进行跟踪随访.结果 148例患者手术术后软组织伤口均一期愈合,无感染及骨段坏死.随访6～36个月,因牙颌面畸形引起的心理问题基本得到矫正.结论根据牙颌面畸形的特点有针对性地进行相关的临床护理和心理辅导,是取得正颌治疗术前术后护理成功的关键.
