在革新生產技術,提高產品質量的要求下,東北製藥总廠在藥品的檢查工作方面,摸索到了一些經驗,本文所介紹的快速重氮化法滴定即其中之一。現該廠已在附屬备分廠推廣此法。開始採用時,都先用新法与舊法同时操作進行比较,許多次實驗結果,並經十多個人試用,证明此法尚為可靠,所以已逐漸都改用此法。該廠中間體、原料与成品能应用到重氮化快速滴定者有S.N.,S.T.,S.G.,ASN.,AST.,硝基S.N,縮合物(S.G.加S.N.),S.M,DDS,S.N.鈉鹽,S.T.鈉鹽,苯胺(S.T.的原料),對氯苯胺(Paludrine的中间体)等。在適當配備與準備下,現該廠熟練入员能在接到車間送來的S.N.樣品一小时以內,送出三個含量分析的報告。希望該廠及其他生產部門。檢驗部門,總結先進工作经驗,給本刊來稿以便推廣。
In order to innovate production technology and improve product quality, Northeast Pharmaceutical Factory has explored some experience in drug inspection work.
