室内定温饲养结果表明,马铃薯瓢虫Henosepilachnavigintioclomaculata(Motsch.)实验种群(n>80)的存活曲线在20,23,25℃下呈beeveyⅠ型,在28,30℃下接近于DeeveyⅡ型,与Odum的B1型相吻合。根据种群动态参数温度依赖模型导出在26.0℃下内禀增长率有极大值。不同温度下成虫产卵动态均呈偏态分布,6~8d达最高峰。实验条件下,25℃相对最适合成虫产卵,不仅产卵高峰期后延,且产卵比例、产卵历期、平均产卵量均为最大值。
The result of indoor temperature incubation showed that the survival curves of experimental population (n> 80) of Henosepilachnavigintioclomaculata (Motsch.) Were beevey Ⅰ at 20, 23 and 25 ℃, close to Deevey Ⅱ at 28 and 30 ℃, B1 type match. According to the temperature dependence model of population dynamic parameters, the intrinsic rate of increase at 26.0 ℃ has a maximum value. The oviposition dynamics of adults at different temperatures showed a skewed distribution with the highest peak at 6-8 days. Under the experimental conditions, the most suitable adult lay eggs at 25 ℃, not only postponed the peak of oviposition, but also had the maximum of oviposition rate, oviposition duration and average fecundity.
