确定了反相高效液相色谱法测定莲雾、火龙果、杨桃和番木瓜中4种有机酸[酒石酸、L-(-)-苹果酸、柠檬酸和琥珀酸]含量的适宜条件。在ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18(5μm,4.6 mm×250mm)色谱柱上,10%CH3OH-0.01 mol/L NaH2PO4(pH值2.28)为流动相,流速0.8 mL/min,柱温40℃,紫外检测波长210 nm时,可同时测定莲雾、火龙果、杨桃和番木瓜等果品果肉的4种有机酸。该方法回收率98.6%~105.3%,标准曲线相关系数>0.998,可简便、准确、快速地测定热带水果果肉4种有机酸。
The optimum conditions for the determination of four organic acids (tartaric acid, L - (-) - malic acid, citric acid and succinic acid) in lotus seeds, dragon fruit, carambola and papayas by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography were determined. The mobile phase consisted of 10% CH3OH-0.01 mol / L NaH2PO4 (pH = 2.28) at a flow rate of 0.8 mL / min on a ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 column (5 μm, 4.6 mm × 250 mm) At 210 nm, four kinds of organic acids, such as lotus, dragon fruit, carambola and papaya, can be determined simultaneously. The recovery rate of this method was 98.6% -105.3%, and the correlation coefficient of standard curve was> 0.998. Four kinds of organic acids of tropical fruit pulp could be determined easily, accurately and rapidly.
