据报道,我国的事业单位养老改革三年原地踏步。2008年初,国务院确定在山西、上海、浙江、广东、重庆五省(市)试点事业单位养老制度及分类改革,将由财政全额负担的退休养老制度,改为由个人及单位共同缴费的养老保险制度,重要内容是将事业单位养老保险下调至与企业一致。此改革遭遇极大阻碍。目前,广东省属一般性事业单位退休干部平均养老金是企业同级干部的两倍,而公务员则更高。
