美国中部区域教育实验室中心于2008年3月公布了有关中部七州执行NCLB法案情况的调研报告,提出实施该法案以提高基础教育质量的七项重点。该报告在一定程度上反映了美国各州政府逐步强化对学生的学业成就评价,加紧落实该法案有关规定的趋势,对我国完善基础教育阶段的学生学业成就评价具有重要启示。
In March 2008, the Central Regional Education Laboratory Center of the United States published a research report on the implementation of the NCLB act in the seven states of Central China, and put forward seven priorities for implementing the act to improve the quality of basic education. To a certain extent, the report reflects that the governments of the United States have gradually stepped up their evaluation of the academic achievements of students and stepped up the trend of the relevant provisions of the act, which is of great significance to our country in evaluating the academic achievements of students in the basic education stage.
