The corporate leadership system has no fixed model. It must adapt to the changing environment. Even large enterprises are no exception. One example is the reform of the leadership system conducted by IBM, a world-renowned large-scale enterprise. IBM is a manufacturer specializing in the production of electronic computers. Its main products reflect the level of the development of cutting-edge technologies. Its leadership system reform has, to a large extent, revealed the requirements of the competitive environment for business leaders under the conditions of the new technology revolution, through IBM. The case analysis of the leadership system reform helps us understand and understand more specifically the inevitability and general development direction of the leadership reform of large enterprises.
