目的了解某新建化学纤维企业存在的职业危害因素及其存在环节,以便提出有针对性的控制措施。方法调查该企业的工艺流程、职业病危害因素分布、职业病危害因素浓(强)度以及控制措施,并进行综合分析。结果该企业总体布局、生产工艺、设备布局、职业病防护设施、个体使用的防护用品等基本符合《工业企业设计卫生标准)(GBZ 1-2002)的要求。各岗位(检测点)粉尘、毒物、电离辐射和高温强度均符合国家职业卫生标准。噪声强度合格率为63.6%。结论该企业采取的职业病防护措施基本有效。建议对超标的噪声点进行必要的整改,采取更加严格管理措施,切实保护劳动者健康权益。
Objective To understand the occupational hazards and its existing links in a new chemical fiber enterprise in order to put forward targeted control measures. Methods Investigate the technological process, the distribution of occupational hazards, the concentration (strong) degree of occupational hazards and control measures of the enterprise, and conduct a comprehensive analysis. Results The overall layout, production technology, equipment layout, occupational disease protection facilities and personal protective equipment used by the enterprise basically met the requirements of “Design Health Standards for Industrial Enterprises” (GBZ 1-2002). All positions (test points) dust, poison, ionizing radiation and high temperature strength are in line with national occupational health standards. The passing rate of noise intensity is 63.6%. Conclusion The occupational disease protection measures taken by the enterprise are basically effective. It is suggested that the excessive noise points be rectified as necessary to adopt more stringent management measures to effectively protect the rights and interests of workers in health.
