目的:为了解狂犬病疫苗接种后抗体效果产生情况。方法:采用ELISA法检测狂犬病疫苗接种后抗体水平。结果:2007~2008年两年来共检测9606份血清样本,抗体阳性者9320份,阳性率96.99%,其中男性4881份,抗体阳性4710份,阳性率96.50%,女性4728份,抗体阳性4610份,阳性率97.50%,各年龄组以<10岁组阳性检出率最高,为99.81%,60岁以上年龄组阳性检出率最低为95.54%。结论:注射狂犬病疫苗是预防狂犬病的有效措施,必须加大对犬伤的防范知识宣传与教育力度,提高自我保护意识,对其暴露者应全程接种狂犬病疫苗。
Objective: To understand the effect of rabies vaccination antibody production. Methods: ELISA method was used to detect rabies vaccine antibody levels. Results: A total of 9606 serum samples were detected during the two years from 2007 to 2008, with 9320 antibody positives, the positive rate was 96.99%, including 4881 males, 4710 antibody positives, the positive rate was 96.50%, the females 4728, 4610 antibody positives, The positive rate was 97.50%. The highest positive rate was 99.81% in each age group <10 years old group, and the lowest was 95.54% in the group over 60 years old. Conclusion: Injecting rabies vaccine is an effective measure to prevent rabies. Therefore, it is necessary to increase publicity and education on precautionary knowledge of dog wounds and to raise awareness of self-protection. All exposed rabies vaccines should be given to those exposed.
