以湖南工艺美术职业学院为例,研究当前高等职业学院艺术类在校生课外参加职业技能培训情况。调查研究显示,当前高职院校艺术类在校生参加课外职业培训较为普遍,课外培训能有效促进学生的职业技能增长,同时,调查中也发现,课外培训效果良莠不齐,存在学生培训满意度不高,课外培训与学校教育缺乏联系等问题。针对以上问题,提出了从社会、学校、学生等层面综合改善课外培训质量的建议。
Taking Hunan Arts and Craft Vocational College as an example, this paper studies the current vocational college vocational training for art students at extracurricular levels in higher vocational colleges. The survey shows that art students in vocational colleges are more likely to participate in extra-curricular vocational training. Extra-curricular training can effectively promote the growth of students ’occupational skills. At the same time, the survey also found that extra-curricular training effects are mixed, with unsatisfied students’ training satisfaction , Extracurricular training and lack of contact with school education and other issues. In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward suggestions on improving the quality of extracurricular training comprehensively from the aspects of society, school and students.
