为了比较不同软件对三维立体结构天线的仿真精度,提出一款应用于无线通信的双频段圆筒形天线,设计、比较和评估了3款电磁仿真软件high frequency structure simulator(HFSS)、FEKO和computer simulation technology microwave studio(CSTMS)对该天线的阻抗匹配性能和远场增益的仿真性能.天线阻抗匹配测试性能为:在电压驻波比小于1.5条件下,天线的工作带宽低频段为150 MHz(820~970 MHz),高频段为600 MHz(1.7~2.3 GHz);天线低频段远场增益测试结果为1.8 dBi,高频段增益为4.9 dBi.比较结果表明,HFSS和FEKO分别在阻抗匹配性能仿真和远场增益仿真方面与测试结果吻合良好;CST MS对阻抗匹配性能和远场增益的仿真结果均与测试结果吻合良好.
In order to compare the simulation accuracy of three-dimensional antenna with different softwares, a dual-band cylindrical antenna used in wireless communication is proposed. Three high-frequency structure simulators (HFSS), FEKO and computer Simulation technology microwave studio (CSTMS) is used to simulate the antenna’s impedance matching performance and far-field gain.Antenna impedance matching test performance is as follows: When the VSWR is less than 1.5, the working bandwidth of the antenna is 150 MHz ~ 970 MHz) and high frequency band of 600 MHz (1.7 ~ 2.3 GHz). The far-field gain of the antenna is 1.8 dBi in the low-frequency range and 4.9 dBi in the high-frequency range. The comparison results show that the HFSS and FEKO, The far-field gain simulation is in good agreement with the test results. The simulation results of impedance matching performance and far-field gain of CST MS are in good agreement with the test results.
