本研究应用图像分析技术(IAT)对55例原发性肝癌(PHC)病人的DNA含量及核形态学参数进行检测,结果显示:无1例PHC的DNA干系水平处于DNA含量二倍体区域,3例处于近二倍体(5.45%),52例处于异倍体(94.55%)。DNA含量与有无淋巴结转移(P<0.05)、瘤体大小(P<0.01)、生存率(P<0.001)有相关性。核形态学参数与PHC的DNA含量及PHC有无淋巴结转移亦有统计学意义。提示DNA含量与核形态学参数的联合测定,为分析PHC的生物学特性提供了一种新型定量指标。
In this study, image analysis technique (IAT) was used to detect the DNA content and nuclear morphological parameters of 55 patients with primary liver cancer (PHC). The results showed that: none of the DNA levels of PHC was in the diploid region of DNA content. Three were in near diploid (5.45%) and 52 in aneuploid (94.55%). DNA content was associated with lymph node metastasis (P<0.05), tumor size (P<0.01), and survival rate (P<0.001). Nuclear morphological parameters and DNA content of PHC and lymph node metastasis in PHC were also statistically significant. The combined determination of DNA content and nuclear morphological parameters suggested a new quantitative indicator for the analysis of biological characteristics of PHC.
