2018年,为贯彻落实“31条措施”和浙江省“76条实施意见”,宁波市出台“80条惠台措施”.近期,国务院台办、国家发展改革委又联合出台进一步促进两岸经济文化交流合作的“26条措施”.对此,宁波市台办深刻认识到落实落细惠台措施对于服务中央对台工作大局、促进两岸经济社会融合发展有着特殊意义.宁波市台办以贯彻落实“31条措施”和“26条措施”为契机,结合宁波实际,积极推进“四个一”服务,即坚持一个服务理念,建立一个服务机制,紧扣一个服务原则,形成一个服务方法,使各项惠台政策得以有效落实,实实在在把好事做好、把实事办实,使在甬台胞享受到更多更好的服务.
