在当前高校毕业生就业过程中,社会关系因素很少被研究者正视,却实际发挥着重要的作用。从浙江省针对高校毕业生的调查可知,当前高职学生就业质量与本科学生有着不小的差距,因此高职学生更要有意识提升个人社会资本存量,充分利用社会网络关系获取就业信息、增加就业机会,高校要鼓励学生建立社会网络,挖掘校友资源,用人单位要合理对待社会资本存量不同的毕业生,以提升就业质量。
In the current employment process of college graduates, social factors are seldom seen by researchers, but actually play an important role. According to the survey of college graduates in Zhejiang Province, the current employment quality of higher vocational students is not far behind that of undergraduates. Therefore, higher vocational students should consciously upgrade the stock of individual social capital, make full use of social network to obtain employment information and increase employment Chances, colleges and universities should encourage students to establish social networks, tap alumni resources, employers should reasonably treat graduates with different stocks of social capital so as to enhance the quality of employment.
