为配合新《会计法》的贯彻执行 ,我们天津市西青区和李七庄街财政部门与街工业公司共同举办了全街企事业单位负责人和财会人员参加的新《会计法》培训班。培训班采取学习辅导与讨论相结合的方式 ,使与会人员对新《会计法》有了一定的认识。新《会计法》根据我国经济发展新形势和会计工作实际情况 ,为规范会计行为、明确法律责任、加大违法处罚力度而修订的 ,是非常必要和及时的。下面谈谈我们学习新《会计法》的一些体会。一是单位负责人作为第一责任人列入了新《会计法》 ,要求单位负责人对本单位的会计工作和会计资料的真实性、完整性负责
