通过对小麦在成熟期及收获期前后,对几个小麦品种进行不同条件的温度处理,以及发芽势、发芽率作为指标,研究了不同温度处理对打破小麦种子休眠的效果。结果表明,不论高温还是低温处理,对有些品种打破休眠的作用较明显,而对另一些品种的作用却很小,作用较明显的品种的发芽率也未突破80%。因此,对急需作质量检验或夏繁加代的新收种子,还需要进行其他打破休眠处理。而大面积生产中,必须注意成熟期适时收获,如遇高温天气,更应抓紧适时早收,以防遭受雨淋导致或加重穗萌芽而严重减低品质。
The effects of different temperature treatments on breaking dormancy of wheat seeds were studied by measuring temperature, germination potential and germination rate of several wheat cultivars under different conditions before and after harvesting. The results showed that no matter high temperature or low temperature treatment, some species had more obvious effect of breaking dormancy, but had little effect on other varieties, and the obvious germination rate did not exceed 80%. Therefore, the need for quality inspection or summer off the generation of new seeds, but also need to break other dormancy treatment. In large-scale production, we must pay attention to the timely harvest of mature period, in case of hot weather, but also pay close attention to timely and early harvest, in case of rain to prevent or aggravate the ear spikes and seriously reduce the quality.
