半导体激光云高仪接收APD温度补偿电路设计和应用

根据普通二极管良好的温度特性以及其在结构和功能上的优势,提出一种利用二极管1N914来实现半导体激光云高仪APD探测器的温度补偿的方法,来消除在环境温度发生变化时APD探测器的温度漂移,使APD保持稳定的探测灵敏度。经过实验验证,该电路对APD反向偏置电压的温度补偿情况良好、能够在环境温度变化的情况下获取稳定的、高增益的后向散射信号,且该电路具有结构简单、工作可靠、成本低、功耗少等诸多特点。
