全尾砂充填可解决两个问题:增加充填料来源和免去为细尾砂筑坝堆放。因此,美国、南非、加拿大、德国和中国等对全尾砂充填技术进行了较系统的理论和应用研究。本文按照其发展过程介绍了动电固结工艺、全尾砂井下离心脱水泵送充填工艺、高浓度全尾砂胶结充填管道自流输送工艺和膏体泵送充填工艺,并对这些工艺作了评价。
Tailings fill can solve two problems: increasing the source of filling material and eliminating the need to pile up tailings for fine tailings. Therefore, the United States, South Africa, Canada, Germany and China conducted a more systematic theoretical and applied research on the whole tailings filling technology. In this paper, according to its development process, the electrokinetics and electricity consolidation process, centrifugal drainage and filling process in the whole tailings well, self-flow conveying technology of the high concentration tailings cementing and filling pipeline and paste filling and filling process are introduced, and these processes are evaluated .
