根据聚合物改性水泥混凝土(PM CC)的实测力学参数和试验路铺筑使用情况,讨论了PCC-PM CC复合式路面这种新型路面结构的经济性,并提出了面层厚度设计方法。结果表明:PCC-PM CC复合式路面可承受的累计轴载作用次数比普通水泥混凝土路面提高了55%以上,性价比增大幅度可以达到12%以上;结合式PCC-PM CC复合式路面面层总厚度应按照下面层PCC的模量和弯拉强度拟定,上下面层厚度的比值可按照上下面层模量反比、聚合物掺量和经济性确定。
According to the measured mechanical parameters of polymer modified cement concrete (PM CC) and the pavement usage of test road, the economical efficiency of PCC-PM CC composite pavement is discussed and the design method of surface thickness is proposed. The results show that PCC-PM CC composite pavement can increase the cumulative axial load by more than 55% compared with ordinary cement concrete pavement, and the cost-effective increase can reach more than 12%.
