分析水银柱血压计在计量检定中的常见故障和维修方法,为更好的维修保养水银柱血压计提供借鉴。通过统计与分析2008年度计量质量检测研究院对医院156台水银柱式血压计的检定报告和设备维修科的维修记录。其结果虽然水银柱式血压计合格率高达98.72%,但是一次性通过检定合格率并不高,只有66.03%,其中需维修后合格的比例占总计量检定台数的32.69%,在维修过程中,又以玻璃管内壁有污物最多,占总计量检定台数的15.38%,其他的故障占17.31%。结论是加强水银柱血压计的日常维护保养,熟练掌握其维修检测技术,是保障水银柱血压计计量准确的关键。
Analyze the common faults and maintenance methods of the mercury sphygmomanometer in the metrological verification and provide reference for better maintenance of the mercury sphygmomanometer.
