目的 :通过临床观察 ,证实药物流产的有效性与可靠性。方法 :随机将 480例妊娠妇女分为观察组 35 2例行药物流产与对照组 1 2 8例行人工流产进行对比 ;结果 :药物流产对早、中期妊娠各种情况均较人工流产组成功率高 ,经统计学检验 ,有显著差异 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :药物流产是终止早、中期妊娠安全、可靠的方法
Objective: To confirm the effectiveness and reliability of medical abortion through clinical observation. Methods: Randomly divided 480 pregnant women into observation group 35 2 routine medical abortion and control group 128 routine abortion compared; results: medical abortion in early pregnancy, mid-term pregnancy in all cases than the abortion composition of high power , Statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: Medical abortion is a safe and reliable method to terminate early and midterm pregnancy
