将海外社会资本分为结构型、关系型和认知型三种,建立跨国公司基于双元性学习能力的海外社会资本向创新绩效转化机制关系模型,同时将探索式和利用式的双元性学习能力作为中介变量。在此基础上,利用调研所得的213份有效问卷数据对理论假设进行验证。结果发现:海外结构型和关系型社会资本正向影响探索式学习能力,而认知型社会资本会负向影响探索式学习能力,海外关系型和认知型社会资本正向影响利用式学习能力;同时,探索式学习能力正向影响跨国公司在海外市场的突破式创新绩效,负向影响渐进式创新绩效,利用式学习能力正向影响跨国公司在海外市场的渐进式创新绩效;探索式学习能力是海外结构型及关系型社会资本与突破式创新绩效的中介,利用式学习能力是海外结构型、关系型及认知型社会资本与渐进式创新绩效的中介。
The overseas social capital is divided into three types: structure type, relationship type and cognition type, and establishes a transnational relationship model of transnational corporations’ overseas social capital based on duality learning ability to innovation performance transformation. At the same time, it explores the duality of exploration and utilization Learning ability as a mediator variable. Based on this, the theoretical assumptions are verified by using 213 valid questionnaires from the survey. The result shows that overseas structural and relational social capital positively influence exploratory learning ability, while cognitive social capital exerts a negative influence on explorative learning ability. Overseas relational and cognitive social capital positively influence usability learning ability ; At the same time, exploratory learning ability positively influences the breakthrough innovation performance of MNCs in overseas markets, negatively influences the incremental innovation performance, and the utilization learning ability positively influences the incremental innovation performance of multinationals in overseas markets. Exploratory Learning Capability is the intermediary of overseas structural and relational social capital and breakthrough innovation performance. Exploitability is the intermediary of overseas structural, relational and cognitive social capital and incremental innovation performance.
