对一种高压静电场与紫外线照射相结合的复合净化除病毒技术进行了实验研究,旨在寻找有效杀死空气中的病毒,特别是SARS病毒的方法,为空调系统空气净化处理提供配套技术.建立了中央空调室内环境模拟系统,利用超声雾化噬菌体储备液形成稳定的病毒气溶胶源,用明胶与素琼脂双层平板通过气流冲击法回收噬菌体,以检测净化装置除尘、杀病毒效果.结果表明,采用该技术在实际应用中对PM10的过滤系数在86%以上,在试验系统中的除病毒效率可达95%.通过本课题研究建立了试验平台,并获得了工程应用验证.
A high voltage electrostatic field combined with UV irradiation was studied in this paper. The purpose of this experiment is to find a way to effectively kill the virus in the air, especially the SARS virus, and provide the air purification system air conditioning system. A simulation system of indoor environment of central air-conditioners was established, and a stable virus aerosol source was formed by atomizing the phage stock solution by ultrasonic atomization, and the bacteriophages were recovered by airflow impact method with gelatin and agar double decker plates to detect dusting and virucidal effects of the purifying device. The results show that the filter coefficient of PM10 is more than 86% in practice and the efficiency of virus removal in experiment system is up to 95% .Through the research of this project, a test platform is established and verified by engineering application.
