根据中国民用航空规章第39部《民用航空器适航指令规定》,民用航空产品在未满足所有有关适航指令的要求之前,任何人不得使用。作为民用飞机的主制造商,必须保证其设计、制造的民用航空产品符合现行有效的中国民用航空适航标准和适航指令要求。主制造商须对适航当局发布的适航指令进行跟踪管理,判断适航指令对本公司型号飞机的适用性情况,若适用则需在规定时间范围内贯彻实施适航指令内容,确保交付的飞机满足适航要求。
Pursuant to Part 39 of the Civil Aviation Regulations of China, “Civil Aviation Airworthiness Directives,” civil aviation products may not be used by anybody without meeting all the requirements of the relevant airworthiness directives. As the main manufacturer of civil aircraft, it must ensure that the civil aviation products designed and manufactured by it comply with the current valid airworthiness standards of China’s civil aviation and the requirements of airworthiness directives. The main manufacturer shall track and manage the airworthiness directive issued by the airworthiness authority and judge the applicability of the airworthiness directive to the aircraft of the Company. If applicable, it shall implement the contents of the airworthiness directive within the specified time frame to ensure the delivery of the aircraft Meet the airworthiness requirements.
